Abstract

OBJECTIVE. Tuberculosis (TB) may present with highly variable imaging findings. The findings may vary from nonspecific hepatomegaly to abscesses or solid focal lesions, mimicking liver tumors. Biliary tract involvement may also be detected, which may manifest with ductal dilatations from underlying strictures.
