Abstract

This investigation aims to adapt to Turkish and examine the Keyhole Early Intervention Program's effectiveness with parents who have children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in early childhood. In the study, using parallel pattern approaching mixed research methods, Maternal Behavior Rating Scale- Turkish Version (MBRS-TV) Parenting Stress Index Short Form (PSI-SF), semi-structured interview questions and personal information form were used. The study in which the criterion sample is used in the selection of the study group is pre-experimental. In quantitative data analysis, Friedman's Two-Way Analysis of Variance and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test showed that the Keyhole Early Intervention Program increased emotional expressiveness and decreased parental stress.
