Özet

In this paper, we have suggested two exponential type estimators using two auxiliary information for estimating median in two phase sampling. We have found the bias and mean square error (MSE) expressions to compare the efficiency over other median estimators in the sampling literature. It has been shown that the suggested estimators are considerable efficient than other median estimators in the literature. The gain in efficiency over the existing estimators has also been shown with a simulation study and by using a real data.
