Complex odontomas are usually asymptomatic lesions and located at posterior mandible. If complex odontoma’s diameter is more than 30mm, it can be termed as “ giant complex odontoma”. In this case report we are representing a giant complex odontoma which the lesion size is 35x30x26 mm in male patient. Lesion was seen in radiologic examination as large amorphous radiopaque mass circumscribed by a thin irregular radiolucent halo in which had multiple radio-opaque structures. In this case report the aim was to describe giant complex odontoma in the mandible with literature review. For literature search combination of keywords, mandibular, giant, complex odontoma, case report was used between 2017 and 2022 in Google Scholar, PubMed and Science Direct. In literature review, patients’ gender, age, the lesion’s relation with impacted tooth, size, expansion and location, relation with impacted tooth and presence of pain were recorded. Literature knowledge was compared with the present patient.
