In this study, findings obtained within the frame of "EMPATIC: Empowering Self-Learning through Information Skills" practiced in partnership with Turkey, Britain, Italy, Poland and Greece between the dates of 2010-2012 have been summered and suggestions which were developed towards politicians and decision makers have been presented. Aforementioned findings and suggestions and best practical models have been given separately for Schools (Primary and Secondary education), Higher Education, Adult Education and Vocational Education Sectors.
