Abstract

The association of lower pole ureteropelvic junction obstruction and duplicated system is rare. We present a unique case of duplex system with lower pole ureteropelvic junction obstruction and reverse rotation anomaly of this moiety. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
