Abstract

The Bolshevik Revolution, one of the most important events of the 20th century, has made significant contributions and impacts in the recent history of not only the Soviet geography, but also the neighbouring countries such as the Caucasus and Turkey, and has played an important role in shaping the region. The Turkish-Soviet relations, which is founded on hostilities and wars with a few exceptions, entered into a new era and a period of rapprochement began between the parties.
