Abstract

Skill is a task-specific ability that is influenced by task demands to achieve a task proficiently. Motor skills consist of both movement and interactions as an observable, goal-directed action and have a sequence that constitutes a routine. While skills are performed in a routine sequence, they are linked together by individualized habits.
