Özet
Nowadays, the procedure to speed the neuromuscular recovery is enabled by the use of anticholinesterases which interact with the acetylcholin degradation and which speed the neuromuscular transmission. Sugammadeks is a member of γ-cyclodextrin group which is newly found for the neuromuscular reversal, is a molecule which has 8 glucose rings. It binds to rocuronium in a ratio of 1:1 and it decreases its plasma concentration to zero. In this review, a detailed information about neuromuscular blockage and sugammadeks was given.
