Özet

The title compound, C22H29NO2, is a monodentate Schiff base. There are two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. In each molecule the two planar phenyl rings bridged by a C=N inline moiety are nearly perpendicular to one another [79.80(4) and 81.14(4)degrees]. Each molecule contains intramolecular (O-H ... O) and intermolecular (O-H ... N) hydrogen bonds.
