An unusual presentation of abdominal lymphoma causing gastric outlet obstruction is reported. Gastric lymphoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of gastric outlet obstruction during childhood. The possibility of gastric malignancy should not be excluded only on the basis of the patient's age. Complete resection of the tumor, with postoperative radiation and/or chemotherapy, is the best method of treatment for high-grade lymphomas. Copyright (C) 1996 by W.B. Saunders Company
