Özet:

 The Wahlquist-Estabrook prolongation technique, used for investigating the integrability of nonlinear evolution equations, is considered and applied to the Drinfeld-Sokolov system of equations which is known to be one of the coupled Korteweg-de Vries (K.dV.) systems.
