Özet

This study reveals educational opportunities and determines the level of the districts in Turkey according to their educational opportunities using 25 education indicators based on primary and secondary schools of the districts. By this analysis, the deficiencies in the numbers of teachers, classrooms, laboratories, computers, and libraries have been computed with respect to the average of Turkey for each district in order to standardize the educational opportunities in all parts of Turkey.
