Abstract

Cutis laxa (CL) is a rare condition characterized by loose and sagging skin, leading to a premature aging appearance. It has both congenital and acquired forms. While observation remains the primary approach for congenital CL, surgical intervention can be employed for acquired CL. In the literature, limited studies reported the patient management and surgical approaches to CL from a plastic surgery perspective. Furthermore, no studies have reported the surgical technique in repositioning the nipple-areola complex in a CL case. At this point, the current study aims to present this rare case and emphasize the role of plastic surgery.
