Abstract

In this study, calcium antagonistic activity of sixteen hexahydroquinoline derivatives have been elucidated in rat ileum and rat thorasic aorta. In the studies on isolated rat ileum, it has been observed that all compounds showed meaningfull activity. In rat thorasic aorta studies, compound 3a has been found more active than nicardipine.
