Poietic attribute of critical theory does not reflect a phenomenological or hermeneutic character. Thus, critical poiesis does not convey to regenerate meaning or to apply an interpretation for mere understanding. Rather, critical poiesis might be defined as a skill of differentiation among already existing meanings. This study interprets critical theory by going through critical poiesis, unlike its traditional definition by dialectics of theory and practice. Critical theory is interpreted as a poietic perspective, which emerges between epokhal and hyper-epokhal ontological crises. Therefore, first, by focussing on its relation with epokhal ontological crisis, roots and evolution of critical theory is being interpreted. Second, this study discusses the question of the end and sequel of critical theory by the trace of today's hiperepokhal crisis.
