Coronary subclavian steal syndrome is a extremely rare clinical picture. Concomittantly left carotid-left subclavian saphenous vein bypass and ipsilateral carotid endarterectomy was performed to a 65-year-old male patient with coronary subclavian steal syndrome and severe carotid artery stenosis. General condition of patient is remarkably recovered after both cerebral and myocardial revascularization.
