Reported here is a 53 year old lady with the complaint of lateral shoulder pain for 10 years in whom radiological interventions had yielded a bony irregularity on the proximal humerus, at the deltoid insertion. Presenting the second report in the literature, the phenomenon of 'pseudotumor deltoideus' is discussed with emphasis on its conservative treatment.
