Tumor metastasis is the dominant cause of death in cancer patients. Though, the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the tumor metastasis are still elusive, researches on identification of protein molecules with their expressions allied to the metastatic process would help to understand the metastatic mechanisms. Thus, they facilitate the development of both strategies for the therapeutic interventions targeting the metastatic mechanisms and novel insights for clinical management of the cancer.
