Özet
This study examined psychological resilience among occupational therapists working in mental health settings and its associations with individual and occupational factors. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 50 therapists in Türkiye using the Resilience Scale for Adults and a structured information form. Descriptive statistics and linear regression analyses were performed. Participants reported moderate to high resilience. Higher resilience was associated with older age and longer tenure, whereas intention to leave the profession was negatively associated. Perceived mental health and economic status showed weak associations. Findings highlight resilience as a multidimensional resource linked to professional continuity and workforce sustainability.
