It is known that 5-membered azaheterocycles are compounds of great biological and pharmacological interest. For example, several pyrrolidones are potent neuroactive compounds interacting with pyrroglutammate receptors. Like pyrrolidones, pyrrolinones are very important compounds that have been subject to many clinical researches. In this study, pyrrolinon derivatives of aminodicarboxylic acid ester have been synthesized in one step using 2,5-dimethoxy-2,5-dihydrofurane in acidic medium. The structures of that compounds have been approved by different analysis methods.
